Congrats. You’re part of the iOS 7 Club. You’re right, it’s not a real thing…nor should it ever be. People from around the interwebs are discussing all facets of Apple’s updated operating system (including us). From first world problems to annoyance expressed in animated GIF, here are some of our fave iOS 7 facepalms, fails and funnies.
Scissors, where to sit and can openers are a source of angst for part of the world’s population. Who are they? People who predominantly use their left hands–and that’s about 10 percent of the world. Check out the top “left-hand problems” meme (#lefthandproblems) with captions created by FAVES + CO.
There’s much opportunity to be had with the naming of one’s personal wireless network. Although your network might be secure from others signing on, people can still view (unless you make it unknown) the name of your network. You could use the stock name provided, like “Netgear 312″ or you can spice things up a bit with these tips from FAVES + CO. readers.
What’s the point waiting in a long line for the new iPhone 5 if you can’t show it off? These cases from InspireMyCase will make a statement about your mobile phone choice.
Choose from these pre-mades:
- “Yes i’m a new iPhone5. Jealous?”
- “Yes you can have a play with me”
- “Yes I’m taller, skinnier & lighter than yours”
Or, you can make your own. If you design something even catchier, let me know and I’ll update the post.
These iPhone 5 pre-made cases retail for $34.95 are available for pre-order at www.inspiremycase.com.
Wondering who that hottie is right there? It’s yours truly. Cross my heart and all that stuff. Get ready for the next craze in changing your face using your iOS device with Face Craze.
I discovered this little doozie from Michael Carney at Pando Daily and couldn’t resist. In fact, I originally just sent it to him and realized I wanted to make a bunch and send to friends and family. Hello? Isn’t that what FAVES is all about? Yep. Yep.
Face Craze lets you to morph, mash and combine your facial features with any of their very diverse preloaded models. Simply upload a front facing photo of you, align a few things, select the face you want to use and wait for the magic. The app lets you email or socially share photos as soon as they’re ready.
If you’re one of those people who loves to make scary/funny faces come to life via Photo Booth or who keeps the Fatify on your iPhone home screen, this should do you nicely. At $.99 I’d say it’s worth every penny.
By the way, you can even change your gender. Say hello to Shawn Evans:
