Calling all Apple fanboys and girls! It’s pretty likely that the new MacBook Pro 2012 will be announced this June at WWDC. Want to be among the first to get one? There’s a giveaway for that.

I’m teaming up with the charming marketing wiz, Jason Sadler of @iwearyourshirt to give away the new MacBook Pro 2012 and spread the word about an online tool that will help to organize your life. It’s not too good to be true. It is true.

Jason and I are crazy inundated with emails, information, tasks and our personal lives — just like you. We teamed up to challenge one another to stop the insanity and get on track. Enter Tracky.

Tracky is a social collaboration platform and their online and mobile platform is, well, a game changer.

(I’m not the only one who thinks so. They just won first place for “best web app” at Future Insights Live, judged by super smart peeps like Jason Calacanis — @jason).

I’m constantly looking for better systems to get things done (GTD for the productivity enthusiasts out there). When CEO of Tracky, David Gosse (@davidgosse), demoed it for me, I was smitten. My reaction? This is project management for people who hate project management (or productivity apps, or simple to do lists, or whatever). Why? Because it’s not ONLY about a faster, simpler and mobile way of getting things done, it’s also about social collaboration – that is, finding people who are the best at what they do and being able to connect and collaborate with them. I need this to schedule my life, curate ideas and share information with my social circles and find other people I want to work with.

(We even used Tracky to plan this giveaway — down to the last, tiny detail.)

 @jongabriel Great! And if it's an itinerary that you'd like to share, feel free to share it with the world. Just set up a new group (something like, "How to vacation in Orlando like a pro"), select the tracks that you want to copy (Ctrl + click for multiple tracks) and then select "copy to" from the track drop-down. Then, select those freshly copied track and change the sharing permission to "Public." Now your insider's tips are published and you've added a new expert title to your name. :)

been using tracky for a few weeks now, its ok. Wish there was a native ipad app for offline updating, but at least the iphone app works pretty good.

Personally, I could use the assistance keeping track of my life - with a busy job, a full family (4 kids!) and pets to boot, there's always something to do (and chances are there are always things I'm forgetting).

Pretty stoked on Tracky, but I keep resorting back to pen and paper to keep track of tasks. I need to make a transition to digital.

 @lifermedia I use Tracky to collaborate (obviously, since I'm on the team) but our team often refers to it as our "second brain." Paper isn't searchable but everything you store in Tracky is - whether files, notes to self, projects with due dates, contact information, etc. You might find that migrating to a digital platform will become more productive in the long run.

I love learning about new things, so I can't way to see how I can use Tracky. I can definitely use an new laptop, my currently on is almost obsolete - ibook G4. I been holding out on getting a new one but don't think it will last much longer.

 @SeekingAmy42 Love that. You'll see some social sharing features within Tracky and there are many more to come. When you set up a group, check out the "Forms" tab - you'll see how you can actually use Tracky as a repository for contact/feedback/sign-up forms and immediately begin replying and engaging with people that reach out. Publishing tools will be forthcoming as well. Stay tuned!

Tracky would have been a great tool at a former internship. It was always so hard to find times teams could work together. Tracky would have eliminated the need to meet face to face without eliminating the collaboration.
